Kids! As I was getting dressed to help out with the 1st grade field trip last week, she came into the bathroom where I was putting on (minimal as usual) makeup. Eyed that, and my jeans (the non-ripped pair) and t-shirt and said, “You don’t have to get dressed up, Mommy, it’s just the museum.” Didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
