I feel in someways so disconnected from my age of 42! I’m sure that is in part due to the fact that I have a three year old! I doing the things I thought I would be doing when I was 30 but I have the wisdom and grace of a little more life under my belt(well not exactly, but sounds good!). I do find I’m having a bit of a midlife crisis and reevaluating what I spend the majority of my time doing(my fulltime job). My work has become comfortable but lost it’s value and if I’m going to miss a big chunk of my childs life to work then it better be worth more than a paycheck! So as I “reflect” on the truth that I’m doing very little work of value(frustrating) I am finding “perspective” that I hope will help me find a new path!
